In the corporate portal
- Each company’s Turkish Airlines corporate code is added to searches; branches inherit the parent company’s code
- Miles&Smiles numbers are sent automatically with the booking
- Branded fares shown in the portal
- Seat selection on the seat map, extra baggage and other airline extras
The Turkish Airlines NDC integration brings Turkish Airlines flights into the corporate portal through the airline's own NDC connection. In the corporate channel this connection has two special jobs: adding the company's Turkish Airlines corporate code to the search, and carrying staff's Miles&Smiles numbers into the booking. This page explains how those two jobs work for an agency's corporate client.
What does Turkish Airlines NDC provide in the corporate portal?
Turkish Airlines NDC brings Turkish Airlines content into the portal's flight search under the company's conditions: it adds the company's THY corporate code to the search, sends the Miles&Smiles number with the booking, offers fare packages and extra services such as seats, extra baggage and special service requests, and returns a policy decision on every row. The table below summarises these functions.
| Function | How it works in the corporate portal |
|---|---|
| THY corporate code | The code defined for the company is added to the search; branches inherit the parent company's code |
| Miles&Smiles | The number in the profile is sent automatically with the flight booking |
| Fare packages | Baggage allowance, refund and change rules and the price difference are shown per package |
| Extra services | Seat selection from the seat map, extra baggage, special service requests |
| Policy | A "Within policy / Out of policy / Blocked" decision on each flight row |
| Sales on behalf of a company | When agency staff select the company, the search uses the same code and the company's price |
A general introduction to the connection and its use in the platform's other channels is on the DIJI.TECH Turkish Airlines integration page.
How does the THY corporate code work?
The corporate code is entered in the general information section of the company detail in the agency panel and is defined for Turkish Airlines (TK). When staff of a company with a code search for flights in the portal, the code is added to the search automatically; staff do not need to know the code or type it into a field. The same code is used when agency staff select the company with "Work on behalf of a company".
The company tree sets the scope of the code. Subsidiaries and branches without their own code inherit the code of the nearest parent company in the tree. A code entered once at holding level therefore applies to all companies, and a company with a different agreement can be given a separate code. A short definition of the concept is in the corporate airline code entry.
The fares and conditions the code provides depend on the agreement between Turkish Airlines and the company. Kurumsal.pro is not a party to that agreement; the software only adds the code the company holds to the search.
How does the Miles&Smiles number reach the booking?
Staff save their Miles&Smiles number once in the loyalty cards section of the My Profile page in the portal. In a booking that includes a Turkish Airlines flight, this number is sent automatically; it is not typed again for each trip. The agency can also manage Miles&Smiles and other loyalty cards in the company's staff records in the panel.
How are extra services and fare packages selected?
On a Turkish Airlines flight, staff choose among fare packages; each package shows its baggage allowance, its refund and change rules and the price difference. Independently of the package, they add extra services offered by Turkish Airlines, such as seat selection from the seat map, extra baggage and special service requests. The selections are written to the trip cart, and if the cart goes to approval, the approver sees the same content.
Policy rules apply to Turkish Airlines results exactly as they do to others: the highest cabin, the cabin allowed on long flights, the percentage difference from the best option and the blocked airline rules are evaluated on every row. When the outbound and return legs are chosen from different airlines, for example one on Turkish Airlines and one on another carrier, the portal shows a "two separate tickets" warning in the search result and in the cart: if one ticket is cancelled or changed, the other is not affected, and refund and change rules apply to each ticket separately.
The definition of fare packages is in the fare packages (branded fares) entry, and the whole flight module is on the corporate flight booking page.
How do cancellations and changes work?
Cancelling or changing a confirmed Turkish Airlines ticket is opened in the portal as a request. For a cancellation request, a preview of the penalty and refund from the stored conditions is shown; the request goes to the agency's operations desk and the agency carries out the process. The portal does not cancel by itself, so the result of a cancellation is settled by the agency's action.
What is needed for the integration?
Two things are needed: the agency's NDC access agreement with Turkish Airlines, and the company's THY corporate code. The access details are defined at setup as the agency's supplier account, and the corporate code is entered from the panel for each company. The other flight connections are listed on the corporate travel integrations page. To see a search with a corporate code, you can request a demo.

Frequently asked questions
How is the THY corporate code defined in the portal?
The code is entered in the general information section of the company detail in the agency panel. It is defined for Turkish Airlines (TK); once defined, it is added to the flight searches that the company's staff make in the portal and that the agency makes on the company's behalf.
Can branches use the parent company's THY code?
Yes. Subsidiaries and branches without their own code inherit the code of the nearest parent company in the company tree. If a separate code is entered for a branch, the branch's own code is used in its searches.
Can a corporate code be entered for other airlines too?
No. The corporate code is defined only for Turkish Airlines today and is added to the search only by the Turkish Airlines NDC integration. The fares of other airlines come with the company's general price layer.
Do staff have to type their Miles&Smiles number every time?
No. Staff save the number once in the loyalty cards section of their profile, and it is sent automatically with a Turkish Airlines booking. The agency can also manage loyalty cards in the company's staff records.
Can staff select seats and extra baggage on Turkish Airlines flights in the portal?
Yes. Staff select a seat from the seat map and add extra services offered by Turkish Airlines, such as extra baggage and special service requests. The selections are part of the cart and of the trip's approval flow.
Is Kurumsal.pro a party to the agreement between Turkish Airlines and the company?
No. The corporate code and the fare conditions it provides depend on the agreement between Turkish Airlines and the company. The software only adds the code the company holds to the search, and NDC access is provided under the agency's own agreement.
