Travel accounting feed
In the corporate portal
- Corporate sales are invoiced to the company itself; the company’s accounting code is its SYS account code
- Feed covers flights, hotels, tours, transfers, car rental, villas, yachts, activities, bus and e-visas
- Price breakdown: net cost, company service fee, agency commission and hidden markup
The SYS accounting integration is a sales feed that passes the agency's sales to SYS travel accounting. In the corporate channel it answers one question: when your corporate client buys a ticket or a hotel in the portal, which account does it land in within SYS? At Kurumsal.pro the answer is fixed: the sale enters the company's own account under that company's accounting code, as a line invoiced to the company.
Which account does a corporate sale go to in SYS?
Every sale made in a corporate context is written to the account of the company the sale was made for. The company's accounting code is used as the account code in SYS, and the line is marked as a company invoice, not an individual one. This rule covers two sales channels: purchases that staff make from the corporate portal, and sales that agency staff make from the panel with "Work on behalf of a company".
As a result, the accounting team sees a company's portal and panel sales under the same account. There is no need to match sales by hand afterwards, to find the company from a passenger's name or to import an account code from a separate file.
Where does the invoice information come from?
The title, tax number and tax office, and address on the line come from the billing profile staff select in the cart; if staff did not select a profile, the company's default profile applies. The note written during the sale is also carried to the invoice note of the line.
Because billing profiles are defined per company and branch, the different companies of a holding are fed under their own titles. The concept is explained in the billing profile entry.
Which products does the SYS feed cover?
The feed covers ten product groups, and each group is fed under the same rules for the buyer and the price split.
- Transport: flights, bus, transfers, car rental.
- Accommodation: hotels, villas.
- Experience and package: tours, yachts, activities.
- Document: e-visa.
Whatever the product group, the line is tied to the company's account and billing profile in a corporate sale. A flight, a hotel and a transfer that a company buys on the same trip therefore appear in SYS as separate lines under the same account.
How is the price on a line split?
The price of each line is split into three parts: the net amount coming from the supplier, the company service fee applied to the company, and the agency margin made up of the agency commission and the company's hidden markup. The total is the amount collected in the sale.
This split matches the agency's company pricing exactly. The Service Fee defined per company in the panel appears in its own field in SYS, while Hidden markup and Commission appear together in the agency margin field. The corporate client therefore sees only what it paid on the document, while the agency's accounting tracks the cost and the profit of the same sale separately. The management of the price layers is described on the corporate travel agency software page.
How does SYS differ from the other accounting connections?
SYS is a sales feed, whereas Paraşüt, Luca and Logo Netsis are e-Invoice and e-Archive document generators. Both work on the same principle: in a corporate sale the buyer is the company billing profile. The difference is that in SYS the company's accounting code is used as the account code and the line is split into cost and profit parts. The document generators are described on the travel accounting and e-invoicing integrations page, and a general introduction to the connection is on the DIJI.TECH SYS integration page.
How are the companies' accounting codes entered?
The accounting code is kept with the company record in the agency panel. The codes of many companies can be entered at once with the bulk company import in Excel or CSV; besides the tax office and number, invoice title and invoice email columns, the template has an accounting code column. The import file is shown as a preview before it is saved; rows that match a tax number or an accounting code update the existing company, and rows that do not match create a new company. This keeps the account cards in SYS and the company list in the portal aligned on the same codes.
What is needed for the connection?
The agency needs a SYS user, and the SYS accounting connection must be opened on the platform. On the company side, defining each company's accounting code in the panel matters for the sale to land in the right account. To see how your corporate sales flow into SYS, you can request a demo.
The SYS integration page on DIJI.TECH also covers how it is used in the platform's other modules.
Frequently asked questions
Which account does a corporate sale go to in the SYS integration?
A corporate sale goes to the account of the company the sale was made for. The company's accounting code is used as the account code in SYS, and the sale is fed as a line invoiced to the company.
Where do the invoice title and tax details come from?
They come from the company's billing profile. The profile selected by staff at booking takes priority; if there is none, the company's default billing profile is used. The note written during the sale is carried to the invoice note of the line.
Are sales the agency makes from the panel on behalf of a company also posted to the company?
Yes. When agency staff select a company with Work on behalf of a company and make a sale, the sale is invoiced to that company in the SYS feed. Portal sales and panel sales are collected under the same account.
Which products does the SYS feed cover?
It covers flights, hotels, tours, transfers, car rental, villas, yachts, activities, bus and e-visa sales. In corporate sales, every product group is fed under the same rules for the buyer and the price split.
How is the price on a line split?
Each line gives the net amount, the company service fee and the agency margin, made up of the agency commission and the company's hidden markup, in separate fields. This lets SYS track the cost and the profit of a corporate sale separately.
What is needed for the SYS connection?
The agency needs a SYS user, and the SYS accounting connection must be opened on the platform. On the company side, each company's accounting code must be defined in the panel so that the sale is written to the right account.
